Dronken fotograferen. Zo'n 25 jaar terug was ik de coordinator LGBM (lichtgroep beelend materiaal - dia- en filmprojecties) van het lokale jongerencentrum, en kreeg ik regelmatig materiaal aangeleverd van iemand die het liefst altijd stoned en aangeschoten was. Van mijn eigen werk waren 9 van de 10 niet bruikbaar (te veel licht in wat een duistere ruimte moest blijven), maar het aangeleverde materiaal was nutteloos vanwege de slechte compositie, èn overbelichting. Fotograferen is net als autorijden, of een huwelijk: het overgieten met alcohol geeft tegenvallende resutaten.
