Posing tip: play with curves and use a prop

Many people ask me whether I could write a handbook on posing. And although this could work quite well in some situations, I strongly believe that everyone has their own poses that work well for them.

I also like to play around a little with funkier poses. So don't limit yourself, but experiment with curves. Try to see or find beautiful lines and movements.
Giving a model a prop can work wonders too. Arms and hands are often very difficult (where do you put them?), especially for beginner models.
By giving them something to hold or play with, it becomes much easier.
