This week, Wacom announced a new graphics tablet, the Wacom Cintiq Pro 16. The tablet has a 16-inch screen with 4K resolution. You can edit your photos directly on the screen with your Wacom pen.

The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 is compatible with both Mac computers and Windows computers, and offers ultra-HD 4K resolution (3840 by 2160 pixels) via a USB-C or HDMI connection. The device can display 98 per cent of Adobe RGB.
The graphics tablet is considerably more compact than the 24 and 32-inch versions, so it is ideal for use at home or on the go, for example.
As well as using the pen, you can also operate the graphics tablet with your fingers. You can quickly switch this on and off using a physical button.
There are also buttons on both sides of the screen, towards the back. You can configure these as you wish.
It has fold-out legs, but an optional stand is also available that allows you to position the screen at even greater angles. You can also attach it to many more third-party stands using the VESA mount.

The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 will cost 1,500 euros and is expected to be available in November from the Wacom eStore and selected retailers.
