Brendan van Son takes his photography to great heights in Nepal during this photography adventure. He is on the Annapurna Circuit and crosses the Throng-La pass on foot.
I did this trek myself in 2011, also armed with (too) heavy camera equipment.
In this vlog, he takes photos above 5,000 metres. And he reaches the 5416m pass. Along the way, he does some landscape photography and talks about the pure euphoria of creating it at this lonely height!
He also shows what effect photographing at over 5,000 metres has on your photography skills.
