The Dutch celebrities took on food photography with movement and architecture photography with a model in this fourth episode of The Perfect Picture. Both assignments combined elements that made them just a little more difficult.

Food with movement

The first assignment was to take food photos. More specifically, photos of desserts. Food photographer Kamile Kave was there to give the participants tips and support.

The assignment was not just to create an Instagram-worthy food photo, there also had to be movement in the photo. That makes it extra difficult, and the Dutch celebrities certainly noticed. They found it quite hard.

There was also considerable time pressure, as they only had three quarters of an hour.

Bert won this assignment with his indeed successful photo of a delicious-looking dessert, although I would have added slightly less pronounced vignetting. The contestants used a Canon EOS 90D and the EF 24-70mm f/4 L IS lens.

Architecture with a model

For the second assignment, the participants went to Rotterdam. An ideal city for this assignment: architecture photography. This time, an extra element was added too: they had to include an athlete in the image.

The photographers went out with the Canon EOS RP and either a 24-105mm or 15-35mm lens. Architecture photographer Luc Büthker gave the Dutch celebrities the necessary tips and was, of course, a guest judge again.

Stefano's winning photo

Stefano's photo was the winner. He could certainly use the good score, as he finished last in the first assignment.
