Paragraphica, de camera die foto's maakt zonder lens of sensor

The Danish designer Bjørn Karmann, who currently lives in Amsterdam, has built a remarkable new camera. The Paragraphica is a camera without a lens or sensor that creates an image based on your location.
Bjørn has built a fully working prototype using 3D printing and a Raspberry Pi computer.
You take it to a place where you want to create an image. The device uses GPS to determine the location and creates a standard text based on the information it has. You can adjust the input slightly using three dials.

You then press the shutter, and the textual information is sent to Stable Diffusion. It generates an image using artificial intelligence.
Of course, this no longer really has anything to do with photography itself, but what a creative approach!
Want to try out the Paragraphica yourself? You can try it out virtually here.
