Sigma has introduced its second f/1.2 lens. It is a 50mm lens from the ART series. At just 745 grams, it is the lightest lens in its class. The Sigma 50mm f/1.2 DG DN Art will be available for L-mount and E-mount.
The lens is designed for high-resolution cameras. It is said to deliver rich and attractive bokeh without chromatic aberration.
The lens is light compared with the competition, weighing 745 grams. It is 10.9 centimetres long, with a filter size of just 72mm. It is also splashproof.
