As a glasses wearer, I actually only have one problem. In very sunny weather, light comes in through the viewfinder onto the evf. I can then barely see anything through the viewfinder. Then there is only one option to solve that: glasses zf so the eye comes closer to the viewfinder and eo much less light from outside enters the viewfinder.
There seems to be an extension that makes the viewfinder longer and thus prevents light from outside from falling onto the evf, but I haven't found one for my R7 yet.

Recognizable problem. I always wear glasses and always photograph through the viewfinder because that gives me more stability for my camera. That does mean my glasses have to come off. Super annoying when you want to quickly take a photo and don't have any pockets to put your glasses in. Many people put them in their hair but that doesn't work for me because they fall off. A 'string' doesn't work either because of my frames. I have tried photographing via the LCD screen, but I absolutely don't like it. I have the same problem when taking photos with my phone.
In short, it remains a bit of a struggle. Mainly making sure there is a pocket somewhere or otherwise between my teeth.
