According to Fujifilm, just one finger is enough to take photos with the new X-T200. The new mirrorless camera was introduced with various professional features that all content creators can easily use, regardless of their level of knowledge or age.
The Fujifilm X-T200 is an upgrade of the popular X-T100 mirrorless camera. Unlike other Fujifilm X cameras with X-Trans sensors, this camera now features a 24-megapixel Bayer sensor.

Although the sensor looks very similar to that of the X-T100, Fujifilm was able to achieve 3.5 times higher readout speeds and slightly better high ISO performance by changing the copper wiring to aluminium.
The camera also features a faster and more accurate autofocus system, thanks to a more robust phase-detection autofocus system that offers a total of 425 focus points, compared with 91 on the X-T100. The continuous shooting speed has also increased from 6 to 8 photos per second.
The Fujifilm X-T200 also improves its video features. Unlike the X-T100, which was limited to just 15 photos per second when shooting 4K, the X-T200 can shoot at 29.97 photos per second in 4K, as well as slow motion at up to 120 photos per second in 1080 pixels.
4K video is oversampled without cropping and the camera features both microphone and headphone inputs, although the headphone input is only available with the supplied USB-C adapter. This is great news for anyone who wants to create high-quality 4K video on a budget!

Finally, the camera is ergonomically much better than its predecessor, thanks to a more pronounced grip, which should make it easier to hold the camera, especially when shooting with heavier X-series lenses.
The EVF has also been improved. The X-T200 has a 2.36-million-dot OLED viewfinder with 0.62x magnification. The tilting touchscreen LCD has increased from 3 to 3.5 inches, which should provide excellent image-viewing options, as well as a user-friendly menu system with touch controls.

Kit combination with XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ
Choose your favourite colour and optionally add a 'fast' prime lens. The Fujifilm X-T200 is available as a kit with an XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens. You can choose from three different colours: silver, dark silver or champagne gold.

If you want to get more out of this camera and are interested in doing so, the 'kit' can optionally be expanded with the new Fujinon XC35mmF2 lens. This lens provides a 52mm angle of view compared with a full-frame camera, weighs just 130 grams and is only 46.5mm long.
The XC35mm F2 consists of 9 different lens elements, including two aspherical lens elements. The various lens components are arranged in six different groups. This gives images taken with this lens a beautifully sharp rendering.
Autofocus is fast and very quiet when using this lens because it uses an internal focusing system*. This uses a stepping motor** that can focus very accurately and quickly. The lens offers creamy bokeh and is very compact, making it easy to fit into any camera bag.
Price and availability
The Fujifilm X-T200, including the XC15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens, will be available from the end of February 2020 at a recommended retail price of 849 euros in silver, dark silver and champagne gold.
The Fujinon XC35mmF2 lens will be available from the end of February 2020 at a recommended retail price of 199 euros in black.

Fast 'All-Round' G-Mount zoom lens
Fujifilm is also presenting its latest fast 'All-Round' G-Mount zoom lens: the Fujinon GF45-100mmF4 R LM OIS WR.
This new zoom lens is being added to the line-up of G-Mount lenses for the GFX medium-format camera system and features a versatile zoom range of 45-00mm, with an angle of view comparable to 36-79mm on a full-frame camera.
This zoom range is popular with photographers, particularly because it can be used in a wide range of photographic situations.
The lens also features a wide F4.0 aperture. The GF45-100mm therefore complements the zoom lenses previously introduced by Fujinon, the GF32-64mmF4 R LM WR and the GF100-200mmF5.6 R LM OIS WR.

Product features
- High resolving power and excellent tonal reproduction, with 16 different lens elements arranged in 12 groups, including 3 aspherical elements, one Super ED element and one ED element, effectively suppressing spherical and chromatic aberration and image distortion.
Shifts in brightness and colour bleeding can therefore be prevented. Sharpness and rendering are also improved as a result; - Compact and lightweight medium-format standard zoom lens
The lens weighs just 1.005 kilograms and measures 144.5mm with a diameter of 93mm. So it can be considered small and easy to carry, especially for a lens for a medium-format camera with a 2.2x zoom factor; - Quiet, fast and precise. An internal autofocus system means that the lens elements driving the AF system in this lens can be made smaller and lighter. A linear motor provides fast and accurate focusing;
- Powerful optical image stabilisation system
A powerful image stabilisation system that can compensate for up to 5 stops of EV, according to CIPA guidelines. This helps you get the most out of the high-resolution sensor in the GFX mirrorless camera, especially when shooting handheld; - Robust and durable design, suitable for a wide range of photographic situations. It features 11 seals, making the GF45-100mm dust- and weather-resistant and allowing you to shoot in harsh weather conditions. It can be used in temperatures down to -10 degrees Celsius;
