Make things difficult for your model

Okay, don't take this too literally, because that wouldn't be very kind either. But if you want to make your photos more interesting, it can sometimes help to ask your model to take on a pose outside their comfort zone.

During the "coaching and movement" workshop, we tried some more "extreme" poses with our model Ingrid, who has the legs for it... Today, you can see some of the results.

The most important thing to remember is that you need to find the lines. Some of these photos were shot with a wide-angle lens (sigma 12-24), which gives you some distortion.
Make sure you follow the lines and let them lead the viewer's eyes towards the model. In this case, I used the model's legs for this purpose.

Also always remember that you have to walk around the model. This way, you get completely different looks with the same setup, and the more you can photograph this way, the better the final result will be.
This is because you create more different looks in a very limited amount of time. And time is something we never have enough of, of course.
