Luminar is becoming quite a popular photo editing programme. Next week, as far as I know, the first Dutch-language book about Luminar 4 will be published: How Luminar Works by Henny Temmink.
Van Duuren Media sent me a (digital) copy in advance, so I had the opportunity to read through the book.
In the first chapter, you get to know Luminar 4. The book covers the different ways in which you can use the programme, either stand-alone or as a plug-in, as well as how to operate it and what it looks like.
Then, in chapter 2, you get started. This chapter covers how to organise your photos using the programme. The third chapter begins with editing photos.
After the basics, the book moves on to creative filters. The different chapters cover all the categories and functions Luminar has, step by step.
The appendix, with a list of all Luminar's keyboard shortcuts, is also useful.

Conclusion
How Luminar Works is very practical. It contains lots of screenshots, and the actions are explained in clearly numbered steps.
For people who are not yet familiar with Luminar 4, this book is a good starting point. Especially if you like to go through the programme at your own pace while keeping the book next to you.
Buying How Luminar Works
How Luminar Works consists of 114 pages. Until Friday 25 September 2020, it is available for pre-order for 20.99 euros. After that, you will pay 24.99 euros.

@Herman, Luminar AI is een volledig nieuw programma. Volledig gebaseerd op Artificiële Intelligentie.
