The five remaining celebrities on The Perfect Picture photographed action this week and photographed a celebrity they knew for a cover shoot.
Dust & Dirt Action Photography
For the first assignment, the contestants had to photograph motor vehicles in rough terrain. Frits van Eldik, a familiar face from the programme and a motorsport photographer, came to give the celebrities some tips and help them.
The photographers got to work with the Canon EOS 90D DSLR. They could use it with a Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L or a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L lens.
It was great to see how much fun Janny had during the shoot. You would not have expected that from her beforehand.

Soy won the assignment, managing to take a beautiful photo of a motocross rider in action.
Bert lost this assignment by one point. His photo was much less clear in terms of the action. Certainly compared with the others.

Cover shoot
For the second assignment, the contestants got to work in the Aalsmeer studio. They had to take a cover photo, each for a different fictional magazine.
Their model was a well-known Dutch celebrity who they were also friends with. A funny combination of shooting someone you know while also taking a photo of a famous person.
Juror William Rutten helped the contestants during this shoot. Apparently, he was also the person who came up with the assignment.
The celebrities used the Canon EOS RP during the shoot, combined with a Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8L or a Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L.

Stefano won this shoot with his photo of Raymond van Barneveld. He had the most difficult cover, with the name of the magazine in the middle of the page.
The settings Stefano used for his winning photo are remarkable, by the way. A shutter speed of 1/6s? The flash probably froze the image, while the longer shutter speed was used to make the lamp visible in the photo.

Exit for...
The final assessment had never been this exciting before. Bert, who was well behind, had delivered a successful photo. Soy, who had won the first assignment, scored much lower this time.
In the end, Soy had to leave the programme with an average score of 7.5. A remarkable result, despite the high scores. The difference was only two tenths.
Next week
Next week, the four remaining contestants will photograph animals in the city and take creepy photos in a horror shoot.
