There is not much known about it yet, but Humane should be launched sometime in the coming months. Possibly a new type of camera that uses artificial intelligence. The idea seems to be that you can take photos without being 'absent'.
The company was founded in 2018 by Imran Chaudhri and Bethany Bongiorno, two former Apple employees. The start-up has now raised over 230 million dollars in investment.
The idea seems to be that you carry a device with you that continuously records. Humane's artificial intelligence would then automatically process the footage. This means you can get results in different styles, such as documentary, sports, street and landscape, in both photos and video.
The company would thus be able to preserve the moments you want to relive.
You could also ask the device questions about what you see. For example, which car is in front of you, what kind of building is somewhere, and so on. There are also ideas to have the device make payments for you, for example.
