On 18 April 2023, Nikon announced a new lens. It is a power zoom lens for the Z series, which is perfectly suited to video. It is a DX-format lens that is small and light enough for vlogging.
With a focal length of 12-38mm, this new NIKKOR Z DX 12-28mm f/3,5-5,6 PZ VR lens is perfect for getting the subject fully or almost fully in the frame. It is intended for APS-C cameras, with a crop factor of 1.5x. This gives it an angle of view comparable to 18-42mm on full frame.

The lens will be available from the end of May 2023. The recommended retail price is 429 euros. Keep in mind that it is only suitable for DX cameras.
