Ik gebruik een smartphone princpiëel niet voor fotografie en flimen
Ook een fotocamera gebruik ik enkel om mee te fotograferen. Ik weiger pertinent om ermee te filmen al kan dat tegenwoordig wel.
Er zijn uitstekende videocamera's in de handel voor dat doel. Het is niet omdat het ook kan, dat het ook moet. Dat geldt voor zowel de smartphone als de fotocamera. De handel en de industrie worden er financieel wijzer van en wij als consument niet.
Zij die er anders over denken mogen dat van mij. Ze hebben mijn zegen. Ik ben een serieus (hobby) fotograaf en geen videograaf/filmer.
Vertel mij eens wat het belang is dat je met een smartphone ook kan filmen en fotograferen of dat je met een fotocamera ook kan filmen?
Nu moet een smartphone ook nog een eigen statief hebben en andere accessoires om ermee te gaan fotograferen en filmen. Sorry, maar het gaat mij een beetje te ver.

Donald, mijn dochter laat me foto's zien , gemaakt met een smartphone, waarbij ik denk waarom loop ik nog met een camera met lens te zeulen. De foto- en filmkwaliteit is al bijna net zo goed, en wat meer is, je hebt dat ding altijd bij je. Maar je moet er handigheid in hebben. zelf zit ik ook altijd te prutsen met mijn phone. ik denk dat een selfiestick en of een statiefje met een afstandbediening heel handig kan zijn.

Hans, probeer maaeens een afdruk te laten maken van een foto uit een smartphone op 40x60cm of groter. Met mijn camera krijg ik toch betere afdrukken, zelfs op posterformaat.

Hoeveel amateurfotografen maken afdrukken van 40x60cm of groter? Dat iemand de smartphone niet wil gebruiken voor fotografiedoeleinden, is iedereen zijn goed recht maar laat het nou niet voorkomen of het vloeken in de kerk is als je dat wel doet. Ieder zijn voorkeur.

Sinds een lange tijd gebruik ik naast mijn Olympus camera de Apple 14 pro. Een voortreffelijke en handige camera met uitstekende foto’s zeker in RAW. Dit soort camera’s zal het in toekomst nog heel ver brengen. Terecht natuurlijk. Maar met de Olympus blijft het ook leuk, soms anders.
