I have not had the problem myself. The reason is that I am not in favour of unusual punctuation marks in folder names. So I never use them. Do you use them? Then consider stopping.

hi, I also have that problem without strange characters in the names. also when I want to open multiple photos for stacking in Photoshop simultaneously it doesn't work....

You also need to check the underlying folders, not just the ones shown in Lightroom's folders panel.
Check whether Photoshop is the most recent version.

Today adobe performed updates in Photoshop beta and Lightroom. Suddenly it turns out that the issue has been solved for me.
